Recently, it struck me that I’m neglecting this innate skill which I got from my Mom (which she got from my Nanay and whoever’s next). That is why, now, whenever I get bored and too lazy to listen to class discussions – my black pen is ready to work. Apparently, almost every page of my syllabus now has a drawing on it. HAHAHAHA.

I thought that drawing made me happy. I wasn’t reeeaaaally feeling that way at that moment but I know I wanted to feel that way. THEN BOOM. After that class, I was ecstatic. I didn’t know but I guess one of the things that made me happy was because the class was finally over. HAHA.

Now, the very reason of this happiness were my FRIENDS. They’ve always been one of the top reasons, YET you don’t always feel like it because it’s obliterated by your sulking over this and that guy/girl. (’tis fo the single ladies/guys, haha) It doesn’t apply to everybody and yes, I know that very well but the thing is that — what the hell I am making this really long. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Anyway, you know what I mean, don’t you?

Last August 30, there were no classes. I was Aileen’s house with Efrille at Calamba City. Both of them are my house mates since I started boarding. I ate there a lot, slept a lot and watched TV a lot. Thanks to her and her very accommodating family.  Evening came and before going back to Elbi, the three of us went to ‘crossing.’  There were a whole bunch of pants there! It was a less crowded version of Divisoria. Then I was in my bed with this very good mood.

THE NEXT DAY.. Chop, Laura and I went food tripping. We had scramble (that pink crushed ice smoothie with milk powder and choco syrup, nomnom!) and Isaw at Raymundo, kwek-kwek along Grove, Eclair and cinnamon at Micha’s, not to forget that thirst-quenching drink at 7-11. I also had Cheese cakes that Cheska sold me. After that, I saw Flor.  Hours before I was with Ganyfer. I hadn’t seen her for really a long time, it was ironic because last sem I was with her at least every other day. I reaally missed her. And then before that, I was chatting with Jolly, too. Glad she finally followed her heart. (NAKANAM, HAHAHAHAHAHA)

At 7PM it was UP PhotoS General Assembly. Highlight of that night: THE CRAB RELAY. Everybody was going CRAZY. And as always, I was all hysterical. Good thing din’t play for long because we could have gotten injured. HAHAHA. I slept-over at Ange’s that night — Groggy in all my classes the next day. Instead off sleeping my vacant hours off, I went to Metrohair for a manicure with Laura. HAHAHAHAHA. And when was that day I went out with Laura and Dean to do some Astro-imaging at the never-ending bridge? Wednesday, wasn’t it? :D

In front of me now as we are three of my soon-to-be-orgmates, Laura, Dean and Felix. Never did I think that they’ll be a part of this dream of mine. (ang drama lang) I’ve always known in my heart that this would happen yet never thought that these people close to me are the ones to help me fulfill this organization. An organization that started only as a challenge, and also as a facebook group.

Moving on, I’m really not into narrating the history of our upcoming organization right now. Some other time, promise; well that is, if you are interested. I just wanted to post something special for my newly-renewed (define redundant) territory in cyberspace.

The night before the Philippine Astronomy Convention was a struggle. Supposed to be, February 20 is the day for UPLB Negosyantes’ big event. I can’t afford missing the very convention I’ve waited for so long. So then, after praying a lot for the decision I was going to make, I was off to Manila Planetarium. :))

Meeting people who are engrossed with Astronomy, as well, was really nice. When we were star gazing at Rajah Sulayman Park at Baywalk, with all those huge telescopes they brought with them, the people walking along the sideways who think of us as weird were the very people who went to peak through the scope eyepiece first.

Anyway, as much as I wanted to make this post longer, it’s already 4PM and I should be in my CS 56 class now. BYE!

OH, Astronomy freaks! Hope to be with you on March 13 at Caliraya, Laguna for ALP’s Messier Marathon! YAY! :D

U-huh. Soo. Uhh. Yeah. Ha ha. The past 3 weeks was acad-life changing. (In a bad way, I guess, but NO. Yes? Oh, yes it is. lol) I’ve been very busy with regards to my two organizations in UPLB: UP Photographers’ Society and UPLB Negosyantes. I can’t pinpoint anything alike on those two, well, aside from both of them comprise a group of UPLB students and both are COOL. \m/ UP PhotoS just had it’s 13th successful recruitment process and myy o myyyy, it was FUN! It was one of those i-can-count-with-my-fingers times when I felt superior. The apprentices are somehow not allowed to treat you as a normal person, but a higher-level human. HAHA. Anyway, with Negosyantes, we are now into a new business which indeed entails sacrificing time. Our biggest competitor now is time and not others, not even ourselves. I don’t wanna elaborate. Anyway, I was out with Rachelle a while ago. We went to the nicest spa – in my preference – here in Sta. Cruz, Kami No Ishi. Good thing it has recovered from the waist-high flood that Typhoon Ondoy has brought it. Chela and I had our eyelashes permed again. We’ve been having it since high school. :) She paid for mine. HAHA. Said it will serve as her gift for my birthday last October.

So there. No pictures. I sorta hate seeing myself right now. My facial skin is hideously a disaster. HELP!!

Still can’t over with last weekend’s gala.

Since I don’t have ‘that much’ money to spend, I went with my Uncle. He works at Metropolitan Manila as an instructor and CI. (I really don’t know what that means. Haha) We left Laguna at 4AM and since he has to work in the morning, I decided to go to my mom’s place in Makati first. And then the story goes.. :))

To go to my mom’s place, you ride the LRT bus then get off at dela Rosa, then walk until you reach Buendia where you’ll see a tricycle TODA. And yes I did that, went down at a place that seemed to be dela Rosa then it turned out that I shouldn’t be there. I walked like 3 times longer than I supposed to and colored the right leg of my white pants black.

ANYway, I was able to go to my mom’s place. I don’t know how long I’ve walked but it made my mom panic. It was funny though.

I just slept and woke up to go to Robinson’s Manila. My Uncle’s there waiting for me. Then he had me as his guest at Fitness First where I ‘worked out’, played with the pieces of equipment (I did play with those) and the most FUN part was the group workout in a form of Dancing. We did Rhumba, hip-hop and a lot more. :)

The next day, I went to HotNails at New Manila – by myself. I am proud to say I didn’t get lost but it was worth a lot of questions to guards and strangers. Thank you, thank you whoever you are. :D

The most unforgettable moment:  I got splashed with water (dirrrty water) caused by a fast vehicle. From then I knew, it does happen! LOL.

After the pampering, I went to Trinoma to meet Erwin. He made me wait for an hour and a half. To tell you, that’s the lower bound of the range. It’s [1.5hrs, 6hrs+++ infinity). It almost made me cry. Hahaha. Never got used to it. When he arrived, we ate at World Chicken (his treat) and went to the cinemas and seen (500) Days of Summer. He paid for the tickets, too. Hahaha. Lucky ME!

‘Twas past 9PM when I decided to go home. I lost on my way, Erwin told me that when I get down MRT, I would just walk straight and after a few moments I’ll see the bus station. But NO! Later did I find out that I had to cross the foot bridge – after I got cold sweat and shaky tears which were afraid to fall from my eyes. Hehe.

TOTAL ADVENTURE!

Tomorrow, oh! I mean later, I’ll be off to UPLB with Ariane because I have to follow-up some crap that went with my shifting papers and documents. A very crucial subject of mine (which caused me a year more in college) – CMSC 56, Discrete Mathematics blah-blah – has been ripped off my sched and it make me crazy ever! I can’t afford to have another year of extension. I’ll have it fixed tomorrow and after that, I am gonna make my mind if I am going with mu Uncle to Manila. Sembreak won’t be complete if I wouldn’t have the chance to traipse around the crowded malls of “urbanisasyon.”

I realized I have to revive my beloved territory on the web. Aside from the fact that I would waste 450Php – which I think I’ve already had – I wanted to savage my burried skills in writing.

Hmm. So there, I’ll start from scratch and will TRY to be able to fully set-up this blog before the dreadful semester starts.

But wait there’s more! Yeah. I am kind of hesitant about still using this “paid” domain when those free domains work quite as well (they don’t ever expire at least!). Anyway, I’d be setting that thought aside for now for I am still paying for the remaining days of this site which is on the state of being reborn.

To tell you about this day, it had been really wonderful. I spent time with my former bandmates and will be also reviving our endangered band. Before we headed to our place, I asked them to go with me and find a place where I can do this G-Cash thing because I need to pay for something I bought on Multiply.
